Catherine Haddad Staller first established her breeding program in Germany in 2000. Her two successful mare lines of Elfenschein (Figaro x Goldstern) and Aronja (A Jungle Prince x Winnetou) have produced top performance horses, approved stallions, and excellent broodmares.
Two offspring from Aronja are training and competing in FEI level Dressage.
- Priceless (Prince Thatch x A jungle Prince x Winnetou) competed in her first CDI in Intermediare II in 2017.
- Frankie (Florencio x A Jungle Prince x Winnetou) won the 2017 USEF Developing Horse Championships at the age of 8 with Anna Stovall on board.
Offspring from Elfenschein (Figaro x Goldstern) have been just as successful. Haddad was awarded the silver pin from the Oldenburg Breeding Registery in recognition of her the success in breeding the approved stallions De Kuyper (De Niro x Figaro x Goldstern) and Razzmatazz (Raphael x Figaro x Golstern).
Elfenschein also produced the Staatspremium mare Elfentanz (De Niro xFigaro x Goldstern), securing her genetic stamp for success through the next two generations. Elfentanz had produced the Grand Prix horse,
Pentimento (Prince Thatch x De Niro x Figaro) and the approved stallion, Romanesque (Romanov x De Niro x Figaro) as well as Haddad's outstanding broodmare, Raureif (Ramiros Bube x De Niro x Figaro). Raureif traveled to the USA with Haddad in 2012. In the USA, her first two foals by Don Principe (Donnerhall x Prince Thatch), Damaskus and Doubletake, were winners of their classes at Hilltop's Hanoverian Foal Presentations in 2014 and 2015.
