Located down the hidden and winding roads of rural New Jersey is a true treasure called Khiimori. "Khiimori" is a Mongolian word meaning "Windhorse," after a Buddhist deity. In Tibetan Buddhism, it is known as a pivotal element and a symbol of the idea of well being and good fortune.
Khiimori is owned by Catherine Haddad-Staller and Dr. Gregory Staller who also owns the Running S Veterinary Service located only a few miles from Khiimori.
Khiimori is located on 72 acres of lush valleys where Catherine and
Dr. Staller grow all their own hay to support the operations at this farm, in addition to a small lavender outcrop. Located on the property is a full equestrian facility including stabling for 17 horses, wash racks, tack room and of course a full sized dressage arena with mirror wall and full sized round pen, all within easy access to the stable and many trails winding their way through the property's forests.
Khiimori not only is an excellent training facility run by Catherine, but has hosted a number of five star riders and trainers since Catherine has come to own it. This special place not only makes intensive training seem like a vacation getaway but also hosts a number of lush paddocks where top sport horses can safely munch on New Jersey's finest grass.
